A Bit About Me

...and My Thoughts on Bodywork-

Natural healing is utterly amazing!  I believe those who practice it, truly love to see the benefits and growth their clients receive from it.  There is nothing better in this world than seeing a person free of pain and clear of mind.

After years of study into Eastern medicine and thought, I realized that I had more to offer by sharing than keeping. image

After completing the Master Bodyworker program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, I then had the tools to assess and treat the body and its dysfunctions in its entirety.

Our bodies are magnificent in their design and I always honor that in my bodywork.  My hands are merely facilitators to a greater healing process.  With a little guidance, our system will take over and amazing things can happen.

I don't believe massage should ever hurt but, I do think it should be purposeful.  My goal is for my clients to feel nurtured and respected during each session and to leave feeling rejuvinated.

Through focused and detailed work, I hope to affect change which will promote a straighter, healthier, happier, more relaxed mind and body.

I love what I do!  I hope you will too.image
